Between a terrible breakup and a lovely trip to the ER my New Year’s resolution to get in shape hasn’t begun. (and the ER might make the other resolution of spending less/saving more a tad difficult, too…but that was outta my control fo sho) I’m finally feeling better AND I have the day off tomorrow so I need some motivation to start getting back into my gym routine starting TOMORROW! I know I have to take it slow b/c of the muscle spasms, but I really am getting tired of sitting on my ass all day and making excuses for why I can’t go to the gym. Lame. I feel soooo much better when I go, I don’t know why I don’t just effing do it. Blahhhh… ok, good rant, that helped. Any motivational thoughts out there send them my way! happylovebugtumblr@gmail.com! xoxo

Okay, I lost my first pound in two days. Tapeworm crap, right there.
Other than spending odd hours at the gym, I’ve been lazy at getting everything else in gear. But it was the weekend, right?

We should wake up with a thought of something we are grateful for.
Then think of all the reasons we should have the most perfect day.
..before getting out of bed.
It will work. Believe me!

Wow, this seems like a good way to stay a lot more accountable with my resolutions. I like it. So…I just moved a couple hundred miles away to Tulsa, Oklahoma, dropped college and something resembling a relationship, and right now is probably the best time for me to try changing a few things around.
My goals this year? I want a body that turns heads and keeps them looking. Writing will be my drug, and the byproducts will be published. I’ll be getting more involved in volunteering, and hopefully become a little less selfish. Last of all, I will be more organized and gain control of my circumstances. If I can get through all of that, this is going to be an amazing year.

I really hate when I make New Years Resolutions and never follow any of them through past the first five days of the year. This year I really want to make a difference in my life. It is time to grow up. So this year I resolve to love myself, see the good in every person, and fall in love whenever possible. Among these resolutions there are a truckload of more little stupid ones. But these are the big ones. I am going to change, and I cannot wait to track my progress.
Yay this was an awesome idea Tephie!
peace, love and prosperity,

This is a blog about starting over.
We all have things that we would like to change about ourselves, so why not make them known, and post your progress..
I have made many New Years resolutions, and they never really last. I thought posting about those things would help me to become more aware of the things I want to change or do.
Here I am, this is my clean slate.
Feel free to e-mail me if you would like to join the group. My email is Rollercoasterflight@gmail.com
Love,
